Ken is a multi-award-winning educator, best-selling author, and internationally recognized keynote speaker specializing in educational technology, leadership development, and learning experience design. He holds a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Educational Technology and New Media Design and Production, and brings more than two decades of classroom and systems-level experience to his work. Throughout his career, Ken has led transformative initiatives centered on organizational leadership, school and district transformation, inclusive learning environments, policy analysis, diversity and equity, media literacy, and the responsible integration of artificial intelligence in education. His work bridges strategy and practice, helping educators and leaders design systems that are innovative, human-centered, and sustainable. Ken has contributed to statewide policy efforts through service on a California State Superintendent’s Education Technology Task Force and continues to advise educational institutions and organizations on forward-thinking implementation strategies. He is the co-author of The Promises and Perils of AI in Education, a widely recognized work exploring ethics, equity, and responsible innovation in emerging technologies. His contributions to the field have earned him multiple national and international awards for leadership and impact. In addition, he has received industry-wide recognition and has been featured on influential lists highlighting thought leaders shaping the future of education. Ken speaks globally, partnering with ministries of education, districts, nonprofits, and educational organizations to advance equitable learning opportunities. Through keynotes, consulting, and professional learning, he supports leaders in developing thoughtful, ethical, and impactful approaches to technology integration.
