Dr. Shivochie L. Dinkins is a dynamic educator, technology integration specialist, and educational consultant with over 17 years of experience in K–12 and higher education. She currently serves as an Integration Technology Specialist at Yazoo County School District, where she leads initiatives that support teachers in effectively integrating technology, artificial intelligence, and digital tools into daily instruction.Dr. Dinkins is the founder of JaDore Educational Technology Group, where she provides professional development, training, and strategic support to educators seeking to transform teaching and learning through innovation. She is also an AI Fellow and GenCyber Fellow, with a strong passion for cybersecurity education and preparing students for future-ready careers.In addition to her work in the field, Dr. Dinkins is a newly appointed Board Member for MECA and a seasoned presenter who has shared her expertise at conferences such as MECA, Southern Spark AI, and Making Connections. Her sessions are known for being hands-on, practical, and engaging—equipping educators with ready-to-use strategies, tools, and resources.Dr. Dinkins is committed to empowering educators, closing digital gaps, and creating equitable, tech-rich learning environments that inspire both teachers and students.
